New Home of Destiny!

We have opened a home for our older children! Christine Dettman is the Housemother and we have moved the first two children, Lesedi and Zizi in with her. It is quite a challenge and a lot of adjusting is going on at present for all concerned! It is wonderful to see how these two little ones are already blossoming and growing in confidence after only a few weeks in a "normal" home!

Thanks to Gillian Winning, our faithful volunteer, for sourcing funding from Scotland for the home, as well as to Jacqueline Bennet of Network 21 for getting us up and running! We still need to source funding for the running costs, but as we were anxious for the children to have a family as soon as possible, Christine has volunteered to start while continuing her normal job for now.
