Join Us! AGM / Urban Kids CONCERT

Dear Donors and Friends of Botshabelo and Parents of Urban Kids students,

Here’s what to expect at our 2016 AGM and Urban Kids Concert.

  • You’ll arrive between 6-6:25. There isn’t a dresscode, come as you are. It’s a very informal evening where we showcase who we are and get to know YOU.
  • Snacks will be available, and food on sale.
  • At 6:30 we will start. We begin with the Annual General Meeting (AGM) proceedings: Chairman’s report, stories from throughout the year, etc.
  • By 7pm the Urban Kids concert will begin, lasting roughly 60-75 minutes. Parents, come early to grab a seat at the front and enjoy the songs and dances we’ve practiced all month to share! As a donor, you’ll welcome to stay for all or part of the concert—whatever you prefer.

Come for the greatest AGM/Concert on the books! We’re looking forward to having you.
